Take off your cranky pants

Have you ever woke up in the morning and just felt cranky? We can go through the rest of the day being cranky or, we can choose something different. So you may be asking whats that all about how can I choose to not be cranky? Stop and feel that for a second, ask yourself that again. How can I choose to not be cranky? Good, now again, and again. See when we ask the question, it starts to create choice. Not that you wont ever wake up or become cranky ever again, but to just ask questions about this and to begin to realize that you now have a choice to be cranky or not. now ask yourself, whats the value in being cranky all day? Again, whats the value in being cranky all day? Ok now feel that energy that just came up for you. No need to define it here just become aware of it. Is this crankiness even yours? or did you pick up the energy of crankiness like a magnet from someone who was or is cranky. 98% of the time your thoughts feelings and emotions like this are a reaction to someone or something that you are intuitively aware of. By simply identifying that we have choice to be or not to be something, we can always get to choice by asking the question, becoming aware of the energy that surfaces, and then choose something different. I wonder if you would be willing to take off your cranky pants and slip into something a little for comfortable?
